Overland Storage Snap EDR Datasheet/Specifications
Data protection, disaster recovery, and data management for distributed enterprises
Highlights
Snap EDR is a high-performance network-optimized software solution for distributing, protecting, and reporting on business-critical information throughout distributed enterprises.

It allows users to easily control the movement of files between local and remote GuardianOS Snap Servers and Windows, Linux, and UNIX application servers from anywhere on the network.

With integrated strong security companies can transmit sensitive data across inexpensive Internet connections instead of expensive private networks. Flexible scheduling as often as "up-to-the minute", variable bandwidth throttling and compression enable Snap EDR to offer maximum data protection without impacting users and applications.
A new level of affordability for enterprise data mobility and management
Cross-platform data replication between GuardianOS, Windows, Linux, and UNIX Servers
Network optimization moves data without disrupting users or applications
Integrated tiered security with data encryption, certificate authentication, and certified delivery
Scales to move data among thousands of servers
