Order Information Data Storage Systems, Inc. will accept orders in a variety of ways including on-line secure server orders, faxed orders and telephone orders. The two primary payment options are credit card and terms accounts. All prices are based on US dollars, therefore all orders should be placed reflecting US dollars. To pay by credit card simply fill in the information on-line at the time of the order or phone in the information. A representative will be available to answer questions on-line or by phone. Credit Card orders will not be shipped to any address other than the address associated with the credit card unless previously arranged with Data Storage Systems, Inc. Also, while terms accounts are available to customers outside the United States, credit card orders will only be accepted by companies within the U.S. Terms accounts may be established by faxing a purchase order a standard trades sheet to 763-494-4348. (Dead on Arrival) merchandise within 30 days of the original shipping date of the product for replacement or credit as determined by Data Storage Systems, Inc. Credits are for the full amount of the product purchased but will not include shipping costs unless otherwise arranged by a representative of Data Storage Systems, Inc.
