SafeTrends™ from American Megatrends is a breakthrough standalone Continuous Data Protection (CDP) software suite for Windows® environments that offers complete protection of important digital media. It provides outstanding data protection and the ultimate in flexibility for data backup.
SafeTrends safeguards your digital life with the flexibility to choose what to save, and when and where to save it, with options for both Local and Remote backups. SafeTrends also can specify how many versions of a specific file or folder to save and features an Event Log to review activity and fine tune performance.

S3 can connect to cloud accounts and use these data stores as a designated location for SafeTrends backup.* SafeTrends will
automatically monitor and copy changed data to any and all selected locations at a scheduled interval. When making backups
over the network, SafeTrends employs data deduplication and compresses and encrypts data for safe, quick transmission
and low file sizes.
SafeTrends has a streamlined GUI and intuitive configuration wizards to make it a very powerful tool, even in the hands of a new user. Use the intuitive Recovery Wizard featured in SafeTrends to restore lost data in the event of data corruption, power outage, or similar catastrophe. Since it runs locally on a Windows® desktop or notebook PC, SafeTrends does not require any agents or additional software to be installed on another server in order to function. To get up and running with SafeTrends for the first time, simply install the software, spend a few minutes to configure the backup and protection options, then enjoy the peace-of mind that comes with complete and continuous data protection.
